Continual Improvement Culture
At Alpha, Continual Improvement is ingrained in our culture and can be seen throughout our organization. We have well established Continual improvement initiatives and programs which focus on improving customer satisfaction, increasing efficiencies, reducing waste and improving the workplace, based on the sound principles of Lean Manufacturing, pioneered and honed in the auto industry (Toyota, Ford etc).
Some examples of our commitment to Continual improvement are:
- Achieved TL 9000, an extension of ISO: 9001, designed to validate a quality management system governing the design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of products and services for telecommunications
- High Quality Products Lean Environment producing high quality products
- Active Recycling Program
Continual Improvement training is mandatory - Alpha currently has 40 Green Belt and 10 Black Belt employees (and growing) who have been certified by Lean Sensei International, to provide guidance and leadership on Continual improvement projects.
