General InformationThe CXPS 57-2.0-i is an unique remote powering solution that meets the NEC requirements for both communications circuit and class 2 outputs for remote circuit powering. The system can be used to distribute -57Vdc to remote equipment without the need to utilize conduit and comply with the NEC requirements for standard electric light and power circuits.
Power circuits can be combined with fiber in cost effective, easy to install composite CL2P-OF cables. The CXPS 57-2.0-i dramatically reduces Cap-Ex for deployment and simplifies installation of equipment that requires remote powering such as iDAS equipment. The CXPS 57-2.0i is controlled by Alpha's Cordex CXCI+ controller which enables local or remote setup, adjustments and control in a simple single setup.
