Q: What number do I call to place an order or check on order status?

A:  Please call 1-800-667-8743.

Q: Are all the products going to remain active?

A:  All of the major PowerWorx product categories will be continued.  We may elect to consolidate part numbers to ensure improved delivery.  We will work with PowerWorx customers as these decisions are firmed up.

Q: What number do I call if I have a technical support question?

Q: I have a technical issue with a product I have already deployed.  Do I call Alpha for technical support?

A:  Yes.  Please call 1-888-462-7487.  Even though the product may been purchased from a predecessor, Alpha welcomes the opportunity to help you with the situation.

Q:  How will Alpha ensure the supply line of PowerWorx products remains intact?

A:  Our teams are working with customers to determine needs for 2016 and beyond.  We have plans in place for stocking units.  We are also transitioning the production of the units to Alpha manufacturing facilities.  Our goal is to ensure a continuous supply of products to meet your needs.  If you have concerns, call 1-800-667-8743.

Q: Will delivery intervals change?

A:  Our goal is to improve delivery intervals.  There may be some minor delays through the transition to Alpha manufacturing but we are already in the process of implementing stocking programs for certain line items that should shorten the lead times of those products.

Q:  Does Alpha plan on adding new products to the PowerWorx line?

A:  Yes.  The PowerWorx line is a strategic complement for our Critical Facilities and Central Office power and distribution portfolio.  We plan to invest in this product line to ensure it meets our customers’ requirements in the emerging network of the future.  We expect these products to become part of Alpha’s Smart Office family of distribution products.
